Maddie Howard is a digital content licensing manager at A+E Networks (A&E, History, Lifetime). In her role, she manages major SVOD and AVOD partner commitments relating to client needs and deal compliance within the US. With expertise in deriving content value across digital platforms, her ability to make data-driven decisions has accelerated revenue growth and demonstrated brand value to key industry players.
Prior to her current position, Maddie began her career in 2015 in A+E Networks’ international division working across all aspects of the company’s global digital footprint. In this role she licensed long and short form content as well as clip footage to third-party platforms globally. Additionally, she was involved in launching and managing international versions of A+E’s owned-and-operated SVOD services.
In 2020, Maddie was selected to represent her department as a mentee for Spark!, A+E’s internal mentorship program run by female executives who graduated from the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute.
Maddie is an Atlanta native and holds a bachelor’s degree in mass media arts from the Grady School of Journalism at the University of Georgia. She currently resides in New York City.
