Mandy Esposito is Vice President of Operations Support & Customer Experience at Altice USA. In her current role, she oversees Project Management, Process Engineering, Billing Operations, and Customer Experience insight for Customer Care and Field Operations.
Mandy is an established leader with 20 years of experience in cable/telecommunications. Mandy started her career in cable as a Customer Service Representative, and quickly expanded into billing operations and technology leadership roles. Throughout her career, Mandy has managed company transformation projects that focus on self-service and operational enhancements. Mandy is known for her ability to organize cross-functional teams and execute complex solutions that result in meaningful business impact. Mandy’s leadership strategy remains consistent with her roots as a CSR, she uses a logical approach that focuses on the customer and frontline employee to ensure her team provides a world class experience.
Mandy is a member of Women in Cable & Telecommunications, Women in Technology, and NAMIC. She is the proud mother of one, and resides in Oakdale, New York with her daughter.
