Marcia Sauzek

Marcia Sauzek, a 17 year
telecommunications industry veteran and native of Oklahoma, joined Cox
Communications in 1997.  Currently
serving as Vice President of Finance & OKC Market VP, Marcia leads the
finance/accounting, supply chain, facilities/security and loss prevention
organizations across the 6 state (Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Nebraska, Iowa
and Idaho) Central Region.  She also oversees
all OKC operating activities, develops implementation plans to meet market
objectives and is highly involved in customer and public relations in the
community.   During her tenure at Cox, she
has also served in various interim roles such as General Manager for Oklahoma,
Atlanta Executive Director of Business Operations and a leader of various
enterprise projects.  In her history with
Cox, Marcia is known for bringing positive energy to every day, building teams
and developing people and relationships; using all of this to drive business performance.  Prior to joining Cox, Marcia served in various
roles as part of the Exploration and Production team with Kerr-McGee


Marcia is a licensed CPA and holds
a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Central
Oklahoma.  Marcia is also a graduate of
the Cox Communications Executive Development program and Leadership OKC.


She is an active participant
in community efforts and has served as board member and volunteer for many
non-profits throughout OKC.  Marcia is
married with 2 daughters, and one son-in-law.
