Marnie Pflueger

​Marnie Pflueger currently serves as Executive Director, Software Development/Quality Assurance at Comcast in the Video IP Engineering & Research (VIPER), Technology & Product organization. She is responsible for leading the application, system integration, performance and end-to-end testing, test automation and release management of core IP video technology platforms that enable new services at Comcast and syndicated partners. Prior to this role, she led the program management team focused on delivering high quality IP video programs and projects, driving execution to enable Comcast’s next-generation entertainment platform. She has also propelled delivery excellence with a very successful portfolio management process implementation that has increased transparency and accuracy of programs and projects delivered within the organization. Marnie’s focus is to continuously improve and develop VIPER’s delivery capabilities, specifically optimizing the test and project life cycle to deliver quality next generation, cutting edge video technologies.

 

Marnie brings 22 years of program management, solution engineering, development, quality assurance, and product lifecycle management experience to Comcast. Prior to joining Comcast, Marnie held a variety of roles at AT&T across AT&T’s business offers. She managed senior technical staff, senior technical directors, and their geographically dispersed (US and International) teams. Marnie began her career in consulting with engagements in the Health Services and Utilities industries at Andersen Consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Computer Science degree from the University of Florida.

Marnie currently resides in Denver, CO with her husband. She has a daughter and son attending the University of Central Florida and Pennsylvania State University respectively.
