Mary Connolly serves as vice president of human resources for Comcast’s New England region. In this role, she leads all HR activities for more than 5000 employees and is responsible for human resources strategy development and management, including staffing, employee relations, safety, compensation, benefits, HRIS, and training and development.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Connolly served as regional director of human resources for Comcast’s New England Region. In that role, she supported the regional shared services organization with employee and labor relations, oversaw all compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS systems, practices and policies for the New England region. She has also held the positions of Director of Employee and Labor Relations and Director of Staffing and Employment.
Ms. Connolly entered the cable industry twenty years ago in the customer service department with American Cablesystems. She spent ten years in various customer service leadership positions, before transitioning to human resources management in 1996.
Ms. Connolly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Curry College in Milton, Massachusetts and Masters of Business Administration degree from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts. She is also a Certified Instructor for Targeted Selection, Development Dimensions International and a Certified 360 Feedback Facilitator with Personnel Dimensions International.
