Maryanne Weeks serves as Director of Business Intelligence for Comcast’s Northeast Division, Business Improvement Team. In this role, Maryanne is responsible for developing and leading cross-functional projects designed to support the successful implementation of strategic initiatives and key business priorities. Currently, Maryanne is focused on aligning Customer Care business processes across Comcast’s five Northeast regions.
Over the course of her 16 years with Comcast, Maryanne has progressed though roles of increasing responsibility, beginning as a front line Customer Service Agent and moving through additional positions including Executive Customer Care Agent, Supervisor and Sr. Manager for New England. Her time spent working directly with Comcast customers has provided a strong foundation and commitment to customer excellence.
Maryanne holds a B.A. in Communications and an M.S. in Operations and Project Management, both from Southern New Hampshire University, and holds certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt. She has been a member of WICT since 2006. Outside of her responsibilities at Comcast, Maryanne enjoys spending time with her family and is training to complete her first 10k road race.
