Maureen Green is the Vice President of Human Resources for the Northeast Division of Comcast Cable; one of the nation’s largest video, high-speed internet and phone providers to residential and business customers. In this newly created role, she is responsible for transforming the employee culture into one which thrives on providing superior customer service, developing and leading strategic employee engagement strategies that drive positive employee satisfaction, and providing strategic direction, consultation and guidance in all critical functions of human resources.
Maureen has 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field. She has held several senior HR leadership positions while at Comcast and prior to that worked for Lotus Development Corporation where she helped to create the industry’s first Human Resources Employee Service Center.
Maureen serves on the Board of Directors for the Manchester, NH Boys and Girls Club, is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, Human Resources Leadership Forum, New England Human Resources Association, and Women in Cable and Telecommunications (WICT).
In 2010, Maureen received the WICT New England Chapter’s “Industry Leader of the Year” award.
A native of New England, Maureen and her husband reside in Londonderry, NH with their two daughters.
