Maureen McNesby is a Sr. Manager on the Financial Customer Reporting team at Comcast Cable headquarters in Philadelphia. She and her team serve an integral role in the analysis and reporting of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly customer metrics across the organization.
Maureen’s career at Comcast began in 2007 when she joined the company as a Financial Analyst on the Financial Planning & Analysis team where she worked on various projects such as customer analysis, budgets and forecasts across other business units, competitive industry trend analysis, and long-range planning. In 2010, she accepted a position as Manager of Financial Customer Reporting. In this role, Maureen helped successfully launch Comcast’s National Data Warehouse in 2011. This project integrated 2 billing systems across the company to house all customer information in one centralized source. In 2013, Maureen helped manage the successful launch of Units Cabled reporting. This was a highly visible project which changed the external reporting methodology of how Comcast reports our 2M bulk customers in our billing systems across the Company. Maureen was promoted to Sr. Manager in 2014. Currently Maureen and her team have been focused on the Time Warner Cable acquisition and integration into Comcast Cable.
Maureen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. She has participated in the WICT Mentoring Program for many years and participates in Comcast Cares Day annually, a nationwide day of service when Comcasters, their families, friends and the community come together, volunteering to help our local neighborhoods. Maureen is an avid runner and has ran in multiple half marathons and is considering running her first marathon.
