Megan Dover serves as the Senior Director of Video Product Management at Cox Communications. In this role, she is responsible for Cox’s primary screen video products including the on-screen guides, video on demand, Record 6 DVR and the core video experience.
Megan joined Cox in 1998 in the Middle Georgia system. During her eight years in Middle Georgia, Megan served in a variety of Marketing positions with responsibility for customer acquisitions, retention and product management. During her tenure she successfully launched the Cox Advanced TV, High Speed Internet and Digital Telephone products.
In 2006 Megan transitioned to the Cox headquarters team in Atlanta where she managed product marketing for Cox’s new video services including iTV, DVR, second screen applications and the launch of the Cox Contour experience. After 7 years on the Product Marketing Team, Megan took a position on the Cox Video Product Development and Management team and was recently promoted to her current position.
During her career Megan has received many Cox and industry honors and served for seven years on the CTAM Southeast Board of Directors including two years as President.
Megan graduated from The University of Georgia in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism in Public Relations, with a minor in English. In 2003 Megan completed her master’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia College and State University. Megan lives in Atlanta with her husband and their three children.
