Meghan Squire is Executive Director, Content Acquisition, for Comcast Cable. In this role, she manages all financial aspects of 500+ network contracts ranging from satellite networks, foreign, Hispanic, broadcasters, VOD and 3D providers. Meghan and her team are responsible for the single largest expense item for all of Comcast – programming expense. She handles budgeting, long range planning/forecasting, strategic planning, deal analysis, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and associated process documents, network audits, MFN compliance and the Annual SEC 10K report disclosures.
Prior to joining Comcast in 2008, Meghan spent 16 years in the publishing industry. She worked for Philadelphia Magazine in their Ad Sales and Circulation Departments. From there, she worked in magazine distribution for two different publishers – one in Philadelphia and the other in Manhattan.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Maryland and earned her Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
She resides in Philadelphia with her boyfriend and their 18-month old son.
