Melissa Buckley is a Senior Manager on the Xfinity Home Deployment team at Comcast. She specifically manages the portfolio and releases within that area. This enables her to work with the field on awareness and senior leadership team on prioritization of upcoming and ongoing initiatives.
Prior to joining Comcast, Melissa worked mainly in the financial industry with ING Direct, Capital One, and JP Morgan Chase. A majority of her time was spent within the release and product lifecycle. She was an intricate part in the success of product and software deployments. Now she works within the business unit at Comcast and utilizes her experience to build processes and standards within Xfinity Home.
Melissa graduated from Ursinus College with a Bachelors in Communications and minors in Business Management and Sociology. At Ursinus, she played field hockey and was a member of the 2006 NCAA National Championship team. Melissa currently resides in Philadelphia with her wife, two dogs and cat. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, skiing in the winter, and spoiling her pets.
