Melissa Griffiths, Retail Xfinity Store Manager, at Comcast Cable has been in the cable industry for eight years. Melissa currently leads a team of 15 retail sales consultants in the Western New England region. Prior to her current role Melissa has held positions in the Inbound Sales, Marketing, and Operations group within Comcast. In 2014, Melissa was appointed to be a co-lead for the Western New England Regions first Employee Resource Group (ERG) entitled the Young Professionals Network (YPN) where she provides strategic guidance and drives initiatives for the membership committee.
Melissa is a 2014 graduate of, the east coast based professional development program, The Partnership. Melissa is a 2014/2015 mentor in Comcast’s North Central Division Link-to-Leadership program and most recently Melissa has been recognized as a 2014 Comcast national Elite Sales Manager.
Melissa holds a B.A. in Communication with a focus on television production from the University of Connecticut (class of 2002) and an MBA from Albertus Magnus College (class of 2011, Honors).
Melissa is a home renovation enthusiast and enjoys traveling in her spare time.
