Melissa McLaughlin is the Senior Communications Coordinator for the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team at Comcast. In this role, Melissa is responsible for planning and executing internal and external communications related to Comcast’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. She also serves at the Chief of Staff for Comcast’s Young Professionals Network.
Prior to working at Comcast, Melissa was the Associate Director of Communications for Springside Chestnut Hill Academy in Philadelphia. In this role, Melissa was responsible for the school’s marketing, public relations, advertising, and social media strategy.
Melissa earned her BA in Communications from The Pennsylvania State University. She currently lives in Philadelphia with her husband and son.
