Melissa started in the telecommunications industry sixteen years ago with a job in a call center, where she originally had no plans of making a career in the industry. Since that time she has held a variety of positions which have lead to her current role as an Advanced Video Engineer with Charter Communications. She is a dedicated and hard worker who constantly pursues additional knowledge to improve her skills. She has a passion for exploring and implementing new technologies. She is honored to have been selected as a mentee in the Women’s TechConnect program developed jointly by the SCTE and WICT.
