Michele Eramian is a Director of Business Operations at Cox Communications. She has been with Cox for over 12 years, holding a variety of different finance & business operations positions including a range of responsibilities like financial planning, sales forecasting and sales compensation. She began in the Rhode Island office, and moved to the Cox headquarters in Atlanta in 2014. Currently, she leads two teams Complex Billing and Operations Client-Support for Cox Business. The Complex Billing team supports receivables management for high-end business & wholesale customers, additionally they support unique billing needs like Erate and government billing. Her Operations Client-Support team provides Cox Business Operations with financial support from building business cases to ad-hoc analysis. Prior to coming to Cox, Michele worked for Johnson & Johnson, and was a member of their Finance Leadership Development program.
Michele holds her bachelor’s degree in Business from Bryant University and her MBA from the University of Rhode Island. Additionally, she is a Certified Management Accountant with the Institute of Management Accountants.
In her free time Michele enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, Isabel & Marco. Together, they enjoy traveling particularly to the Azores, Portugal where Michele’s parents are originally from.
