Michele Guadagno is manager of project and process management in the internal communications department for Cablevision Systems Corporation. Ms. Guadagno is responsible for leading, managing and ensuring timely delivery of high priority projects and initiatives from conception to implementation. Ms. Guadagno identifies process improvement opportunities to increase satisfaction for internal customers and to improve business processes within the Internal Communications organization.
A 14-year Cablevision veteran, Ms. Guadagno also served as a project implementation manager in the cable product management unit. Prior to that, Ms. Guadagno served a process assurance and improvement manager. Ms. Guadagno began her career at Cablevision in 2001 as a customer service supervisor.
Ms. Guadagno is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT). In her spare time, Ms. Guadagno participates in community service activities, enjoys training for the Five Borough 42 Mile Bike Tour in NY, travelling abroad with her daughters and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She resides on Long Island where she lives with her husband.
