Michelle Board is a native of New York and has lived in Houston, Texas since 1988. Michelle has extensive experience in the area of customer service and people management. Michelle has over 27 years in the cable industry, she has achieved several leadership roles within Comcast, including her current role of Sr. Technical Operations Manager. Michelle leads from the front and is a strong supporter of employee engagement. She fosters a positive work environment and has a passion for delivering world class customer service. She works cross functionally with various areas in her region and division.
In addition to her responsibilities, Michelle has taken on lead roles and provided outstanding leadership in United Way, Comcast Cares Day, Big Brother/Big Sister and Toastmaster International.
Michelle is a proud veteran of the United States Navy. In her spare time she enjoys competing in BBQ cook-off competitions, tailgating and supporting her Houston Texans football team.
