Michelle Weber is a Software Development Manager for Comcast’s eBusiness Services Site Platform Architecture team. This team is responsible for providing services to all eBusiness Services’ delivery teams, including Comcast.com, web portals and help sites for both business and commercial customers, enabling them to focus more closely on delivering business functionality. The team provides macro-enablement functions benefitting all teams, and ensuring eBusiness Services’ technical platform strategy continues to place on a strong path towards scalability, performance, supportability, and redundancy.
Michelle has been at Comcast for 8 years, and prior to her role on the Site Platform Architecture team, she was a delivery manager and software engineer for the Comcast Indirect Channel (etail/retail) order management and financial reconciliation systems, as well as the Self-Install Kit Order Management System. Michelle is a certified ScrumMaster and helped evolve the agile SDLC process that the Comcast cSolutions organization used. Michelle was also actively involved in working with CableLabs and other MSOs to define the CableLabs Go2Broadband specifications.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from Drexel University where she graduated cum laude with honors. Michelle enjoys reading, strength training, and is a “foodie.” She lives in Glenside, PA with her husband and three cats.
