Mirna Eusebio Lithgow is the Senior Vice President of Products and Marketing for Altice USA, has been a key player in the product portfolio transformation and turnaround of their marketing strategy for Business Services across 21 States Leading a team that is responsible for the planning, development, launch, marketing and maintenance of the company’s complete business portfolio of small to enterprise business and carrier solutions that deliver high-performance fixed and mobile connectivity across the globe. Some of her achievements are introduction of the first Cloud-based Hosted Voice platform for the US operation based on Altice Group proprietary ABC Communications Platform, Managed Security Services portfolio with the launch of Anti-DDos protection services and the launch of Higher Speed Tiers across footprint in the North East and maximum Speeds of 1 Gigabit for the Western regions which has contributed to the development of businesses in our footprint with better speeds and better quality access for Small, Medium & Enterprise Businesses. Currently working as well as part of the Executive team leading the MVNO deployment within Altice USA Mobile Portfolio.
In 2008 joined TRICOM, S.A., Second largest provider of Telecommunication Services in DR, as Director of Marketing for Residential & Business customers, with achievements such as successful launch of Digital Cable TV as the first provider to introduce the technology in DR, introduction of first HD channels line-up in the country changing the complete landscape and offering for consumers; deployed successfully the nation-wide Number Portability Project in a joint effort with the National Telecommunications Institute of DR; introduced disruptive changes in Broadband services with the introduction of the first High Speed Internet portfolio of the country. Received Summa Excellence Award for "Deployment of Number Portability Project" and "100% Digital Network Deployment for Cable TV services".
In 2015, was appointed Head of Business Services as Senior Director for B2B in Altice Dominican Republic, as the first Women in the country to be leading a complete B2B business unit: all B2B Department activities, including nationwide Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing & Communications, Customer Service (Contact Center & Concierge), Customer Operations & Back Office, and Technical Support. Responsible for leading the Business to Business (B2B) strategic business unit to ensure business growth, revenue achievement and Profit & Loss (P&L) management within SOHO, SMB, Medium and Large, and Public/Government Accounts. Managed to re-shape completely the Product Portfolio and Sales Strategy for the business with the deployment of strategic initiatives generating double-digit growth, and capitalizes new business opportunities and performance management within the business division.
