Missy Mans

Missy Mans has responsibility for customer operations at one of Time Warner Cable’s largest divisions.   Managing the majority of the Division’s customer base, located in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, her reporting areas include a 700-person call center in Flushing, third party vendor relations, business technology and telecommunications functions, as well as technical support operations, field quality control and signal security. 

Prior to her promotion to SVP/GM in the New York City division of Time Warner Cable in 2005, Missy was Vice President and General Manager for Digital Phone at the company’s New England division in Portland, Maine.  She joined the company in late 2003 as VP/GM and moved to Portland to lead Time Warner Cable’s first division deployment of residential telephone service.

Over the course of 20 years in the telecommunications industry, Missy held positions at several notable companies, including Chase Manhattan Bank, NBC, AT&T and Time Warner Telecom.  Following eight years at AT&T as District Manager of Business Planning in consumer acquisition for a $4B unit, she accepted a position as General Manager at Time Warner Telecom in North Carolina, overseeing operations for the Raleigh and Fayetteville divisions of the leading Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) for five years.  It was during this time that she became familiar with the TWC network operation in Raleigh as the two companies partnered for plant fiber builds.  

A New Jersey native, Missy earned an Executive M.B.A. from the Katz School of Management at the University of Pittsburgh and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Rutgers University.  She is one of the executive sponsors of TWCNY/NJ’s Division Diversity Council and an active member of Time Warner Cable’s Senior Women Leaders Council, WICT and CTAM.  Missy currently resides in Manhattan.
