Molly Anderson is the director of digital traffic at Comcast
Spotlight. In this role, Molly and her
team are responsible for all client online advertising in the West Division. As
part of the Spotlight Operations Center of Excellence, Molly also works with
her peers in the other three divisions to develop and deploy tools and initiatives
across the enterprise.
With more than 15 years in the media advertising industry,
Molly’s focus has always been on delivering structured processes and
accountability to ensure operational success. She has been able to leverage
numerous strategic relationships across the company and industry to accelerate
change and efficiency across all of Spotlight’s digital advertising products.
She specializes in negotiation, communication and streamlining procedures
to achieve maximum benefit for her team and the company. In her tenure at
Comcast Spotlight, she has gained a comprehensive perspective on the overall
business by working in both the sales and operations organizations, as well as
across both traditional TV and the evolving world of online advertising.
Molly resides in Denver with her husband and three
children. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the beautiful state of
Colorado and skiing and hiking with her family.
