Molly is currently a Manager of Operations for the West Division of Comcast, where she supports 6 regional operations as well as two centralized divisional teams. Her responsibilities include sponsoring initiatives, developing new processes, and tool optimization for over 11,500 employees in both the technical operations and their supporting teams.
During her 12-year tenure with Comcast, she has had many roles within the support of Technical Operations department and has evolved as an innovative collaborator with all departments within Comcast and continues to drive partnerships to develop her diverse skill sets. She also participates in company sponsored community outreach programs and support organizations. Including, a 6 year United Way Ambassador, a 5 year project lead for Comcast Cares Day, as well as, a member of WICT and former chair of NAMIC.
Molly studied Communications at the University of Montana. She spent the start of her career with Comcast over 12 years ago in the Minneapolis regional office. In 2016, she then joined West Division shared services team in Denver.
Molly was raised in Montana and visits her family there as often as possible. She enjoys taking her not so "woodsy" husband Mike, on adventures in both Yellowstone and Glacier National parks, which he has grown to love as much as her. Molly and her husband also enjoy visiting their 5 nieces and 1 nephew in Minnesota whenever they can, especially in the summertime. At home in Colorado, they enjoy hitting the slopes and enjoying the sunny weather.
