Monica Alexander is a regional director in the Customer Care Group for Time Warner Cable. In their East Region Office in Charlotte, NC, she provides strategic direction and oversees the governance, implementation, and adoptions of Care Tools Strategy. In this role, Monica is responsible for the improvement and adoption of technology used to service customers.
Monica joined Time Warner Cable in 2003, where she has lead various teams in developing enterprise quality assurance as well as performance assurance and availability strategies. Prior to entering the cable industry, Monica Alexander led various Quality Assurance automation teams in both the financial and software (CRM) industries. Monica received her BA in MIS from Florida State University.
Monica joined WICT Carolinas in 2006. In 2009, she chaired the chapter’s inaugural “Tech It Out” Cable Day Event, served as the Membership Chair in 2011, and Vice President & Programming Chair in 2012. Monica is excited about the about the opportunity to lead WICT Carolinas and looks forward to the continued growth and success of the Chapter through 2013.
