Morgan Daloisio is Vice President of Marketing for Comcast. She is an innovative marketing leader with nearly 15 years of experience developing successful marketing strategies and programs across subscription businesses. In her current role she is responsible for Comcast’s marketing efforts to drive new residential subscriber growth. Her work spans leading national promotions to managing Comcast’s direct marketing and testing center of excellence.
In addition to her focus on key market segments, including Movers, University students, "MDU" apartment dwellers and Multicultural, she manages marketing for Comcast’s growing Prepaid Internet and TV products.
Morgan has a passion for leading teams in mission critical new business endeavors. In this capacity she has served as lead Marketer for numerous Comcast initiatives, including the launch of Internet Essentials, a program supporting broadband adoption among low income Americans, and Comcast’s sales and marketing partnership with Verizon Wireless.
She also developed Comcast’s customer onboarding strategy to support company goals of reducing early life churn, increasing product engagement and growing ARPU. Together with her team, she redefined communications for new customers, launching a new, more relevant and innovative end-to-end onboarding program.
Prior to Comcast, Morgan spent six years as a consultant with a boutique marketing firm, CMG Partners, working for Fortune 100 brands and start-ups alike, as well as several years with large strategy consulting firm Bain & Company.
Morgan is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and currently lives in Philadelphia with her wonderful husband and daughter.
