Nancy Capocasale is Vice President, Finance for Comcast Converged Products (CCP) and Technology and Product Development (T&PD) organizations. CCP and T&PD develop innovative, next generation technology products and evolve Comcast’s network architecture. Nancy joined CCP in 2009 as part of the founding team and was responsible for establishing the entire financial organization. More recently, she was given additional responsibility managing the finances for Comcast T&PD organization. As Vice President of Finance, she is responsible for managing the overall budget and ensuring the financial spend aligns with Comcast’s strategic goals. Nancy facilitates communication among the departments and Cable Headquarters for all finance-related matters.
Nancy has over nineteen years experience at Comcast. Most recently, she worked in Comcast’s National Engineering and Technology Operations (NETO) for eight years in various roles of increasing responsibility. After Comcast’s merger with AT&T, she was responsible for integrating the finances of the two companies’ technical organizations. During her tenure at NETO, Nancy developed extensive expertise in managing finances for technical organizations. Prior to joining NETO, she was a Division Controller with broad responsibilities including rate regulation. In this capacity she contributed to negotiating favorable rate resolutions with various state and local franchises. Nancy began her career at Comcast as an internal auditor providing recommendations for improvement to financial and operational controls.
Prior to joining Comcast, Nancy worked at Coopers & Lybrand (PriceWaterhouseCoopers) in their Emerging Business Unit as an auditor and business advisor for small-to-medium sized companies.
Nancy graduated from Drexel University with highest honors and holds a B.S. in Business Administration. She is a Certified Public Accountant. She serves as a board member for her homeowners association and is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT). Nancy lives with her husband and two sons in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.
