Nancy Munro

Nancy’s journey on voice science started when she began building voice enablement technology solutions for her company.  As the science side of voice technology grew, she found ways to measure not only what is being said in the conversation but how our emotions and speaking style impact the outcomes of our communication exchanges.

Nancy has over 25 years of experience in enterprise wide learning and development solutions to some of the largest companies in the world.  Her leadership skills have enabled her to build her own company from the ground up.  In addition to her passion of building her businesses, she has always been a strong supporter of women-led initiatives.  Her podcast program Powerful Women captured several interviews of women entrepreneurs to inspire others by their stories.  She is also the first female chair for the MIT Enterprise Forum of Chicago, one of 36 global chapters to help local entrepreneurs launch cutting edge technology based products and services.

Nancy has been a speaker for events such as American Association of Inside Sales Professionals, Global Women’s Leadership Forum, IBM’s Women’s Business Exchange and the Chicago eLearning Showcase.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwest Missouri State University and a Leadership Certificate from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
