Natalie Warther

Natalie Warther is the Senior Director of Workforce Management at Charter where she leads the National Workforce Management and Traffic teams of over 130 people in 4 locations. These teams are responsible for the forecast of over 130M calls annually, 17K agent schedules, and the 24/7 intraday management  of over  43 call centers  in all Residential and SMB lines of business for Customer Service.

Natalie has over 25 years of leadership experience, with 15 years in the cable industry. Prior to joining Charter (formerly Time Warner Cable), she has held leadership positions at Fleet Mortgage, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, and Kohl’s Corporate headquarters.

As part of the corporate leadership team, Natalie’s primary responsibilities include working collaboratively with executive and site leadership to support and drive the call center strategic plan and product road map. Natalie was an integral part of the planning, preparation, and execution of the integration of 3 companies during the Charter merger with Time Warner cable and Bright house.

Natalie graduated with honors earning a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Communication and later received her Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing, both degrees were earned at Concordia University.

Natalie was born and raised in Mequon, Wisconsin and recently relocated to Fairfield, CT with her husband Sean. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and getting to know her new hometown on the east coast.
