Niccole Osmanski is currently the Vice President of Sales Support at Spectrum Reach. She is responsible for overseeing the local, digital and national support teams. These teams provide pre and post-sale support for the sales teams in linear and advanced advertising capabilities across the Spectrum Reach footprint. Working in this capacity, she strives to provide best in class customer service by removing roadblocks for internal and external clients.
Prior to this role, Niccole served in multiple roles within the sales and operations groups of Spectrum Reach including involvement with inventory management, business automation and special projects. She has worked in regional, divisional and enterprise roles focused on creating efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. Prior to joining Charter 15 years ago, she was a high school special education teacher working with high at-risk youth students.
Niccole holds a B.A. in English Education from California State University, Sacramento and has resided in Charlotte, NC for 15 years. . Most days outside of work, you will find her on a field watching or coaching a child, as she is a mom to four children who keep her hopping. She does enjoy running and watching even more sports with any free time that may exist.
