Nicole Alves

Nicole works as Senior Project Manager in the Brand Marketing and Creative group at Spike TV, a division of Viacom Media Networks based in New York City.  Primarily, she’s responsible for overseeing and controlling the workflow for multiple high-priority promotional campaigns.   From conception through execution, Nicole manages the workload of five producers and three editors tasked with dozens of pieces of on-air, off-channel, and out-of-home promotional creative over the course of each campaign.  Outside of her team she partners with members of media planning, press, consumer marketing and digital teams to organize strategic placement for this content.  Nicole also supports distribution of Spike programming in over 1OO countries worldwide by playing a key role in the production and coordination of marketing and promotional assets.
 
In January of 2013, she successfully managed the launch of Bellator MMA on Spike, a Viacom Marketing Council “Big Deal” initiative and the network’s largest promo campaign to date.  Viewing figures for its Spike TV premiere tripled from the previous season. 
 
Additionally, she has personally designed and facilitated the development of a number of creative solutions to improve department operations and workflow, implementing new processes that have increased both efficiency and savings for the network.
 
Nicole lives in New York with her husband and their 21lb Maine Coon cat.  She speaks fluent German and is currently studying Portuguese.  In her free time she enjoys training in Muay Thai kickboxing.
