Nikki Forlani is a Senior Manager of Product Design and Delivery at Comcast. In this role, she is a passionate manager of product owners that focus on process, policy, and delivery of making the customer experience the best product. Nikki and her team have guaranteed the successful development and delivery of over 100+ sales and ordering features to make Comcast’s customer digital ordering capability a world class experience. The development and delivery of the automated sales and ordering features created an automated solution resulting in a $30 million cost reduction in company operation expenses. In 2016, Nikki had the exciting opportunity to represent ‘Comcast @ Retail’ at the Boston INTX Cable show and in 2013, she received The Innovation Award as part of ‘Circle of Success’, an annual companywide opportunity to recognize outstanding performance.
Recently celebrating her 10 year anniversary with Comcast, Nikki has a vast depth of knowledge of sales and ordering systems, business processes and policies. She is a respected leader and a significant contributor for the technical teams, business leaders and corporate stakeholders.
Nikki graduated from Temple University, Fox School of Business & Management in Philadelphia, PA with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Management Information Systems in May 2006.
She currently lives in Philadelphia, PA with her awesome husband enjoying the lively Philly restaurant scene and travelling around the world.
