Nicole Stopp

​Nicole is currently a Principal Software Architect II with the Xfinity Insights & Alignment (XiA) Team which is a part of the TPX Organization (Technology, Product, Xperience) at Comcast.

 

Nicole has been with Comcast for almost 20 years and began her career in customer service as a video billing specialist (TCI) in 1998.  Over the next 20 years and several company acquisitions, she has held several positions ranging from field support, tech support, managing data and provisioning migrations to software architecture as a part of the engineering team.  For the past 5 years, Nicole has been a part of the Xfinity Insights and Alignment Team within TPX.  The XiA Team identifies, reports and reconciles data discrepancies across multiple Comcast back office systems to help improve the overall customer experience.   Midway through her career she took an opportunity to move to the Philadelphia area where she spent 3 years before returning to the Colorado.

 

Nicole currently resides in Kiowa, CO with her husband and 3 children.  In her spare time, she enjoys racing her Camaro one quarter mile at a time and Disney Vacations with her family.
