Nicole Tisdol is a Senior Manager, Project Management in Comcast’s Customer Experience Care Operations organization. In this role, she is responsible for leading the deployment of essential tools and processes necessary to achieve customer experience excellence. Nicole joined Comcast in 2012.
Nicole’s past projects and accomplishments include the standardization of multiple employee and customer policy and processes including the creation and deployment of an inbound authentication tool designed to enhance customer account security by capturing and storing authentication on every customer contact. Additionally, she helped launch Comcast as an industry leader with the development and deployment of a digital account management and document upload solution. This provides customers a self-service option for making changes to their accounts during life changing events.
Prior to Nicole beginning her telecommunications career in 2007 with Verizon Telecom, she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Salisbury University.
Nicole was born and raised in Maryland where she currently resides with her husband and sons. An active community volunteer, Nicole is a member of her children’s school PTF committee and local youth football organization. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her family and friends, catching up on her favorite TV shows on Bravo, football, traveling and home decorating.
