Nicole has worked in a variety of HR roles and locations with Comcast since 2009 – from Recruiter to HR Director in cities across the country including Indianapolis, Boston, Chicago and most recently, Regional HR Director supporting the California region.
In her HR career, she has created and launched culture shift initiatives that align the shared purpose of senior leaders with employees, led a successful change management series, used quantitative data to drive people-related decisions as well as developed an initiative that fostered stronger collaboration and teamwork across all regional HR leaders. With her strong business acumen, highly collaborative style, nimble approach to tactical and strategic solutions, and HR expertise in talent management, performance management and leadership development, Nicole is embraced and respected by her business partners and peers.
Nicole and her husband Chris have 4 daughters (ages 14, 17, 19, and 21) with two in college and a third starting in the fall of 2016. She and her husband love to explore the outdoor beauty of the states they have lived in and enjoy mountain biking, skiing, driving the coastline, and finding local restaurants and wineries. She has a B.S. in Marketing and a M.S. in Adult Education from Indiana University.
