Okema Jackson serves as Senior Director of On Air Operations, Turner Entertainment Networks’ (TEN). In this capacity Jackson oversees the execution of the on-air priorities for TBS, TNT and TCM. Her scope includes strategic promotion placement and media management for the linear networks as well as an array of digital platforms such as VOD and Broadband.
Jackson was named to her current position in 2011. During her tenure with TEN Business Operations she has been instrumental in process and system improvement and manages communication between Marketing, Network Operations and other departments.
In 2011 Jackson completed Turner’s Leadership Development Program, which is a nomination based five month Leadership Development Program. She has also completed the Executive Development Seminar through WICT and participated in The Executive Leadership Councils Mid-Level Managers Symposium. Jackson values professional growth and has played an instrumental role in launching a Leadership Development Program for early career Turner employees, and currently serves as its co-chair.
Jackson holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Auburn University Montgomery.
