Pamela Hagan is the Vice President of Human Resources for the Tampa Bay Division of Bright House Networks. In her position, she is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive human resources strategy for over 3,000 employees across a seven county geographic area. Pamela is responsible for all areas of human resources including recruitment and retention, performance management, compensation and benefits, and learning and development. She joined the company in 2000 as a Director of Human Resources and was promoted to Vice President in 2004.
Pamela has over 20 years of human resources management experience. She previously held leadership roles in organizational development and human resources at Nielsen Media Research and IMR Global Corporation.
Pamela graduated from Marshall University with a B.S. degree from the College of Education. She also holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida and an M.A. degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Houston.
Pamela is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications, the Cable and Telecommunications HR Association, the Society of Human Resources Management, the Bay Area Compensation Association, Sr. HR Forum, and HR Tampa. Pamela is also an active volunteer and fund raiser for the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. She lives in Tampa with her husband, daughter, three dogs and one cat.
