Pamela Hermann is the Vice President of Management and Financial Reporting at Suddenlink Communications. She has served in this position since 2011. In this role, Pamela provides operational reporting and financial analysis to senior leadership. In addition, she is responsible for project prioritization, strategic planning, and user support for Suddenlink’s business intelligence platform. Pamela also oversees preparation of internal financial statements and analysis as well as business administration of the accounting system.
Pamela joined Suddenlink in 2006 as Director of Internal Reporting. In this position, Pamela significantly enhanced the financial and business performance reporting capabilities of the company and integrated the financial reporting structures of multiple large acquisitions. She was promoted to Vice President of Financial Reporting and Systems in 2009, at which time she expanded her role to include financial reporting to investors and assumed the role of business owner of the accounting system. While serving on a cross-functional steering committee, she greatly influenced the development of the company’s business intelligence platform, an experience that led to her current role as Vice President of Management and Financial Reporting.
Prior to Suddenlink, Pamela worked in various roles across business planning, contracts and financial analysis for The Boeing Company.
Pamela is an active member of Women in Cable Telecommunications, serving as a member of the National WICT Junior Board and as Membership Chair for the Midwest Chapter. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Truman State University and earned her Master of Business Administration degree with honors from Washington University. Pamela resides in Saint Louis with her husband and twin boys.
