Pamela Hermann

Pamela Hermann is Vice President, Business Performance Management, at Altice USA, one of the largest broadband communications and video services providers in the U.S. with approximately 4.9 million customers across 21 states through its Optimum and Suddenlink brands. Ms. Hermann is responsible for monitoring key performance indicators for the company’s operations, and overseeing the evaluation, development and execution of strategic growth priorities.

 

Previously, she served as Vice President, Business Intelligence, at Suddenlink Communications, which was acquired by Altice in December 2015, where she was responsible for providing business insights and strategic counsel. Ms. Hermann joined Suddenlink in 2006 as Director of Internal Reporting and was promoted in 2009 to Vice President of Financial Reporting, where she managed internal financial reporting while administering the accounting system and overseeing the business needs of the data warehouse system. 

 

Before joining the telecommunications industry, Ms. Hermann held critical business roles in business planning, contracts and financial analysis at The Boeing Company to advance the performance of its defense programs.

 

Ms. Hermann is an advocate for Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), currently serving the Midwest Chapter Board of Directors, and a graduate of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute. She has an MBA from Washington University and a BA from Truman State University.
