Pamela Murrin is Group Vice President of Marketing Analytics and Insights for Time Warner Cable. In this role, she is responsible for driving business decisions through customer information obtained from primary and syndicated research and reporting on business performance and market place trends through database analysis and competitive intelligence. Pam has been with TWC since March 2002 and has held various positions in Corporate Marketing.
Pam has twenty years of experience in marketing strategy and analytics. She joined Time Warner Cable from Mercer Management Consulting’s Strategic Capabilities Group where she focused on brand management, value proposition development, and customer value growth projects for leading corporations. Just prior to that, Pam was Vice President of Marketing and Database Research for HBO and has also held various positions in business development and marketing research at American Express.
Pam lives in Connecticut, has a BA in Marketing from Northeastern University.
