Pam Reilly is an accomplished Sales Executive with
twenty-plus years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Over the course of her career, she has driven
sales and revenue growth from the exploration, strategic planning, development
and field execution of next-generation technology solutions.
Ms. Reilly is currently the Director of Wireless Sales
Operations for the Verizon Account at Cisco Systems. She leads a team of Sales and Engineering
professionals interfacing with Verizon Wireless. Together, they provide solutions, products,
and services for the operation and evolution of the network.
Prior to joining Cisco, Pam was Sales Vice President at
Alcatel-Lucent. She led an organization
in the collaboration with customers through all stages of new technology
delivery. This process entailed the
definition of standards, through technical and marketing trials, to commercial
deployment. In this role she worked
with wireless service providers on the introduction of multiple revolutionary
wireless technologies, including wireless data (EVDO), IMS, and 4G LTE,
generating over a billion dollars in yearly revenue.
Earlier in her her career, Ms. Reilly held various positions
in engineering and management at Bell Labs and AT&T, including Development
Engineer, Project Manager and Senior Design Specialist. During her service with
Bell Labs, she was responsible for manufacturing process and quality
improvement. At AT&T Network Systems, she was in charge of overseeing the
planning and installation of large communications systems and configuring
complex telecommunications solutions for enterprises.
Pam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She earned a Masters of Science from the
University of Pennsylvania in Technology Management, which is a joint degree
from the Wharton School and the Penn School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
Originally from Northern Virginia, Ms. Reilly now resides in
New Jersey with her husband and three children.
She is passionate about mentoring young women in STEM careers and works
with several organizations to encourage women in science and technology.
