Patricia Campbell is the Director, Business Process and Change Management, for Outside Plant Construction & Engineering. In this role, she leads a team responsible for creating clear, standardized systems and processes designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of workflows across Outside Plant (OSP). Her primary focus is developing methods, procedures, and initiatives that foster continuous improvement across OSP and support Cox’s vision to build a faster, more dynamic network of the future.
Patricia also oversees the strategic management, execution and support of key initiative deployments, especially ones with multiple transition points across regions and functional groups. She helps further develop resources that support Cox standardization efforts, enabling end-to-end process development and governance, and fostering boundary partner collaboration.
In her previous role as Senior Manager, Process and Change Management, she developed and executed on a highly successful communications and training strategy for two major workflow tool deployments that rolled out nationwide.
Prior to joining Cox in 2017, Patricia developed her expertise in communications through positions in multiple industries. Her career began in journalism with positions at The Williston Herald in North Dakota and CNN in Atlanta. She then transitioned to marketing and corporate communications with InComm and KWI Communications. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Georgia State University and an Associates of Arts in Print Journalism. She is also a Prosci certified change management practitioner.
She lives in Atlanta with her husband and two children and enjoys competitive swimming.
