Patricia Frering is the Director of Inbound Sales for Comcast, based in Jacksonville, FL. She has over 16 years of experience in the Cable/Telecommunications industry, primarily in Sales and Customer Service.
Patricia began her career as an Inbound Sales Specialist in 1997, promoted to Supervisor after 1 year and then to Manager after 6 years, moving to Director in 2012. Since her career began, she has worked very closely with Marketing, Technical Operations, Finance and other departments in the company. Currently Patricia is responsible for markets in the Central division, managing a staff of 300+ employees including 3 managers, 23 Supervisors and 290+ Inbound Sales Agents. She is responsible for 65% of the revenue generating units for markets she covers.

Patricia was born in Maryland, and currently resides in Jacksonville, FL. She enjoys horseback riding, particularly barrel racing with her husband and 2 daughters, 20 and 18.
