Before becoming a part of the Proteus team, Paul’s career spanned more than two decades with New York City’s Union Square Hospitality Group. From his start as a waiter to his role as President of Fine Dining Operations and Chief People Officer, Paul was instrumental in creating a culture that nourished employees, customers and the business. As an organizational architect, he aligned and activated people, helping the business grow from hundreds of employees to thousands.
He has led initiatives that range from quality, safety and operational excellence to the design of "a great place to work," creation of an internal training institute, and development of organizational structures and systems that grow and nurture company culture and assure bottom line success.
