Peyton has held leadership positions at publishers, ad tech companies, and consulting firms. She has specialized in finding solutions to the challenges that arise when monetization, technology, process, and people intersect. Before Altice and Cheddar, Peyton built the digital media practice at Infinitive, a boutique consulting company. Her division quickly became one of the industry leaders for complex enterprise system migration and process transformation. Prior to that, Peyton built the professional services and sales engineering functions at Operative, an ad tech company, each of which was a key differentiator at that time. Peyton prides herself on building positive and productive business cultures where hard-work, positive attitudes, and humor are all valued. Peyton lives in Brooklyn, NY, with her husband, Jeffrey, and their children Miles and Esme.
