Regina Swearengen is Regional Sales Director with Suddenlink Business Service in Tyler, TX. In her current role, she is responsible managing a team of 16 account executives with 2 sales managers covering East Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma. She provides hands on coaching and development on aspects of sales including strategic account solution selling, overcoming objections and closing techniques as well as product training. She is responsible for annual budget of $607,200 while maintaining the existing base of Suddenlink customers.
Prior to joining Suddenlink in 2009, Regina previously held positions with Time Warner, MCI and AT&T. Throughout her career she has benefited from upward mobility with each of the companies. She has been a successful performer in all positions achieving multiple President’s Club awards. She is most proud of the success of the individuals she has had the pleasure of managing and coaching over her professional career.
Regina holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Child Development and Family Studies, from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, TX. She is dedicated volunteer with multiple programs serving low income and homeless population with her church. She is currently resides in Plano, Texas while living in Tyler, Texas at her lake house while working.
