Rosanne Bradley is a Senior Manager of Engineering Operations at Comcast. Over the course of her 14 year career with Comcast, Rosanne has held various positions. Starting her career with Comcast as a Billing Support Rep she played a key role in Statement Redesign project moving on to taking a lead on deploying Comcast Digital Voice from a billing perspective. Rosanne then went on to launching and supporting a new Call Center Sales application integrating with a Product Category. With the successful launch of sales application Rosanne built and lead a team supporting many applications across the organization. Rosanne recently joined the eCommerce world supporting the Comcast.com application as well as My Account and Business Class Portal building and leading a new incident management team.
Rosanne supports her local community, supporting the Alzheimer’s and participating in the annual Comcast Cares Day and the United Way. She lives in West Chester Pa, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her dog.
