Sabrina Filmore has been with Comcast in Middle Tennessee for 18 years and is currently a Technical Operations Manager responsible for direct leadership of 6-8 supervisors and 75-110 technicians, supporting in excess of 179k connected customers. Sabrina understands the importance of preparation, hard work, and respect and applies these values to her teams ensuring their daily needs are met so they have a positive impact on the customer experience. Prior to her Manager role, Sabrina was a Technical Operations Supervisor for 11 years, for two of these years she served as the Net Promoter Score Champion for Middle TN, where she trained 30 supervisors, 300+ technicians and oversaw the sustainment of the program. Sabrina is an advocate for Employee Resource Groups, in Nashville she co-led the Women’s Network for two years and spearheaded the start of the Veteran’s Network in which she is currently a co-lead for.
Prior to joining Comcast, Sabrina was in the United States Army where she served as a Record Telecommunications Operator Maintainer from 1997-2001. In this role she operated cryptographic equipment to code, transmitted and decoded top secret/classified messages, troubleshot and repaired tactical radio/field wire equipment and provided high profile leadership for 5-10 personnel.
Sabrina lives in Clarksville, TN with her husband Travis of 21 years and daughter Brianna. In her spare time, Sabrina enjoys spending time with family, traveling with her twin sister Mary, and is an active member within her church.
