Sadie Molinet is the Field Marketing Manager for the Florida Market for Spectrum Enterprise, a division of Charter Communications focused on vertical business markets including healthcare, hospitality, government/education, and more. Sadie is a strategic, collaborative, solutions-focused leader known for her ability to create energizing events and market-focused engagement opportunities for business clients, employees, and other key stakeholders.
With a passion for developing women leaders and a high-vibe growth mindset, she also serves our industry as President for Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Florida Chapter. WICT is a professional association supporting a B2B network that helps advance women in the cable, internet and technology industry, building a more robust pipeline of women leaders. The WICT Florida Chapter serves more than 275 members and provides the entire state with programming and professional development opportunities.
Sadie is a proud graduate of Florida State University and received her Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina. She is a recent graduate of Leadership Tampa Bay Class of 2020 and serves as the Community Outreach Chair for the Junior League of Greater Lakeland. Sadie feels strongly about raising awareness and funding for the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society. Residing in Tampa, Florida, Sadie is an enthusiastic FSU ‘Nole, enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the beach, reading, and traveling.
