As Vice President of Digital Marketing for the family entertainment cable network INSP, Samantha "Sam" Adorno is responsible for developing and implementing audience building plans that support both digital initiatives and linear growth. In addition to overseeing the launch of insp.com, Adorno has executed digital marketing campaigns that have assisted INSP’s affiliate and sales teams in securing increased network demand requests in key target markets. Sam also plays a pivotal role in constructing partnerships and initiatives that promote INSP’s original movies and television series.
Before joining INSP, Adorno worked at Discovery Networks. She was a four-time Stellar award recipient (an employee performance award given to those who went above and beyond their job description). She also worked as a Creating Change Volunteer where she was able to use her skills as a digital marketer to help the non-profit organization Washington Animal Rescue League (WARL) create a marketing campaign that helped place special needs pets in permanent homes.
Adorno is an active member of the Carolinas Chapter of W.I.C.T., where she served as a mentor during W.I.C.T.’s 2014 Mentoring Circle–the year the Carolinas Chapter received first place for 2014 Mentoring Excellence.
Samantha Adorno graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree. She lives in Charlotte, NC.
