Samantha Kane is currently the Manager over Xfinity Communities Operations for the West Division at Comcast; she joined this team in January 2020. She leads the Property Operations team and focuses on overall operations within the Communities space. She is responsible for leading the planning, strategy, and implementation of operations for the channel, composed of Community Account Representatives, Account Executives, and Residential Development Professionals.
Samantha began her Comcast career in 2013 as a frontline employee in the Repair Center of Excellence. From there she worked her way up into a Supervisor role, where she led the Virtual group and the Career Advance program for the Denver location. After almost three years in the COE, she made the transition over to retail and opened a brand-new Xfinity Store in Arvada, CO. There she helped to relaunch the Future Leaders Program, a program focused on high potential frontline employees. In June of 2018 Samantha joined the West Division team where she led a first of its kind Direct Sales and CAR Operations team and helped to stand up a brand new Sales and Marketing Operations organization.
Prior to joining Comcast, Samantha spent some time in Sales in the wireless industry and Event Management in the hospitality industry.
Samantha is expected to graduate from Ashford University in Summer 2020 where she is finishing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. She currently resides in Aurora, Colorado with her husband, stepsons and dogs. Samantha loves to travel and goes to at least one new place every year.
