Sara Elias is an Account Executive with Xfinity Communities. She works with Developers, Property Management Companies, Condo Associations and Continuing Care Retirement Communities to bring the best resident experience to their properties through advanced technology solutions.
From an early age Sara has been a saleswoman and influencer. From school fundraisers and selling Girl Scout cookies, to spending the last 10 years in strategic, complex sales. Sara is proficient in all aspects of the sales process. She is a master at being pleasantly persistent, managing multiple buying motives and long sales cycles.
She has earned dozens of sales achievement awards, most recently a Divisional winner to attend a Sales Summit for top producers in the country to share best practices.
Sara is passionate about continuing to better herself and those around her. This passion led her to join Women in Cable Telecommunications where she has held the Membership Chair and Vice Presidents roles. Currently she serves as President overseeing the vision and execution of the Chapter which serves approximately 500 members in the Chicagoland area focusing on Leadership and Development Skills.
Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. She currently resides in the Western Suburbs of Chicago with her husband and two for legged kids.
